The pokerhero.net website sets no cookies of its own and shows no ads. It uses only Umami, self-hosted by KS-DIGI, for anonymous visit statistics: which pages were viewed and which outbound links were clicked. Full IP addresses are not stored and there is no cross-site tracking. This notice covers the website only; for the app and web app, see the app privacy policy.

What data does this website record, and why?
The website records only 2 kinds of anonymous data: which pages you view and which outbound links you click. We use these numbers to see which explanations people read and which download buttons work. They are not used to identify you, and they are never sold or used for ad targeting.

Does this website use cookies?
Not of our own. The pages on this website set no cookies, and the visit statistics do not rely on cookies to recognize you, which is why there is no cookie banner here. The one exception is Cloudflare: to protect the site from attacks and tell bots from people, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm), used only for protection and never to track you or show ads. Fonts, images and scripts are all served from our own host. The site loads no ads, no social plugins and no fonts or scripts from other websites; the only exception is the Umami statistics script described below.
Who handles this data?
Visit statistics use the open-source Umami, running on KS-DIGI's own server (ks-digi.com). There are just 2 statistics scripts, ks.js and ks-auto.js; the statistics are not shared with any third-party analytics service, and the reports only show totals, such as views per page and clicks per link.
The website is hosted on a KS-DIGI server and delivered and protected through Cloudflare. As with any website, the host and Cloudflare process connection details such as your IP address in order to deliver pages; the host keeps access logs only for security and debugging, and does not use them to analyze your behavior.
Can I opt out of the visit statistics?
Yes. With the statistics script blocked, every page, the App Store links and the web app button still work as usual. Here is how:
- Turn on content blockingUse your browser's built-in tracking protection or content blocking, or install a blocklist extension you trust.
- Block the statistics scriptsAdd ks.js and ks-auto.js from ks-digi.com to your blocklist; these 2 are the only statistics code on this website.
- Reload the pageThe statistics scripts no longer load, so your visits leave no entries in the visit statistics.
Whose policy applies to the sites we link to?
This website links to the App Store (Apple), the POKERHERO web app at pokerhero.cc, Apple's refund page, Wikipedia and other external sites. Each of them has its own privacy policy, and what happens to your data after you leave this website is outside the scope of this notice.
Where is the privacy policy for the app and web app?
The POKERHERO app and the web app at pokerhero.cc have their own privacy policy. Every calculator and tracking feature works without signing in, and your data stays on your device by default; that policy explains what sync, the Voice Assistant, purchases and problem reports process, how long it is kept and how to delete it.
